PRESENTATIONS
HIGH SCHOOLS
Lisa's personal story and presentation leads teens to talk about any issues they may be dealing with in their school or at home. This provides counselors and teachers with an open dialogue about a very difficult subject. Most importantly, the teens get the support and help that they need.
UNIVERSITIES
Every year Lisa Travels across the country performing and presenting at Universities. Often, the University will host the event and Lisa's performance in order to provide their community with support and resources on issues surrounding domestic violence.
It's always a great success and most importantly, it's a chance for the community to come out and express their concerns, opinions and stories.
ORGANIZATIONS
Lisa visits organizations such as, the New Jersey Coalition for Battered Women and YWCA. Lisa teaches the organization's leaders how to implement her writing program into their organization in order to provide their clients with additional ways to heal. By implementing the A Write to Heal writing program, the organization is given a chance to continue to benefit long after Lisa's presentation ends.
